This research aims to expedite the reduction of muscle pain associated with DOMS through the use of capsules containing Moringa oleifera leaf extract. The study employs a quantitative descriptive approach with a randomized pretest-posttest design. The sample includes students involved in volleyball extracurricular activities, divided into two groups: 10 participants in the treatment group and 10 in the control group. Participants in the treatment group received 1000 mg of Moringa leaf powder capsules daily after engaging in eccentric exercises. Capsules were administered one hour and 24 hours post-exercise. Muscle pain was measured using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) one hour before the capsule administration and again 48 hours after the exercise. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap 10 atlet futsal, pelatih, dan guru penjas. Data dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar atlet belum memiliki pola gizi dan hidrasi yang optimal. Sebanyak 70% atlet masih mengonsumsi makanan cepat saji dan makanan tinggi karbohidrat sederhana, sementara hanya 30% yang menerapkan pola makan gizi seimbang. Dari segi hidrasi, sebagian besar atlet hanya minum ketika merasa haus dengan rata-rata asupan 500–800 ml per sesi latihan, di bawah anjuran 1,5–2 liter. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan kelelahan dini, penurunan fokus, dan risiko cedera. Atlet yang menerapkan pola gizi dan hidrasi yang baik menunjukkan performa yang lebih stabil, daya tahan tubuh yang lebih baik, dan pemulihan yang lebih cepat. Oleh karena itu, manajemen nutrisi dan hidrasi yang tepat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan performa dan kebugaran atlet futsal. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 20 male students in the fifth grade, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments included the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) to measure football playing skills and the Athlete Self-Confidence Questionnaire (ASQ) to assess students’ self-confidence. Data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and paired sample t-tests.The results showed a significant improvement in both self-confidence and basic football skills after the implementation of the Jigsaw model. The average pretest score of football skills was 2.38, which increased to 3.18 in the posttest. The paired t-test revealed a significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 &lt; 0.05, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa ilmu olahraga putra yang mengikuti program aktivitas fisik teratur selama periode tertentu. Data diperoleh melalui pengukuran lari 60 meter, serta mengamati perubahan detak jantung istirahat sebagai indikator kesehatan kardiovaskular. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecepatan lari 60 meter yang signifikan dan penurunan denyut jantung istirahat setelah penerapan program aktivitas fisik teratur. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan fisik yang konsisten dapat meningkatkan kapasitas jantung dan paru-paru, meningkatkan efisiensi otot, dan memperkuat sistem kardiovaskular secara keseluruhan. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 20 siswa kelas V. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model spiral <em>Kemmis dan McTaggart</em>, yang meliputi empat tahapan utama, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui asesmen formatif serta observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada capaian belajar siswa di setiap siklus. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 69,00 pada siklus I, menjadi 75,50 pada siklus II, dan mencapai 81,50 pada siklus III. Persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal juga mengalami peningkatan, yakni dari 65% pada siklus I, naik menjadi 75% pada siklus II, dan mencapai 90% pada siklus III. Kondisi ini berdampak pada peningkatan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dan penurunan kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara IMT dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa di era gaya hidup sedentari. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 30 mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UNSIKA berusia 18–24 tahun yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data IMT diperoleh melalui pengukuran berat dan tinggi badan, sedangkan kebugaran jasmani diukur menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara IMT dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani (r = -0,431; p = 0,017). Mahasiswa dengan IMT lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki tingkat kebugaran yang lebih rendah. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan berat badan akibat gaya hidup sedentari berdampak pada penurunan kapasitas fisik dan daya tahan tubuh. Diantaranya kurangnya kemampuan guru merencanakan program pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui motivasi Siswa terhadap pembelajaran model Klasikal, 2) mengetahui motivasi Siswa terhadap pembelajaran model permainan kecil, 3) melihat perbandingan motivasi siswa dalam model Klasikal dan model permainan kecil dalam pembelajaran penjas di kelas V SD Negeri 51 Tik Sirong Kecamatan Topos.</p> <p>Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini diadakan di SD Negeri 51 Tik Sirong pada bulan Agustus 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 51 Tik Sirong, yang berjumlah 200 orang, sedangkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel <em>Proposional Random Sampling.</em></p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukan Motivasi Siswa Terhadap Klasikal diperoleh sebesar 51,7%. Artinya bahwa Motivasi Siswa Terhadap Model Klasikal berada pada klasifikasi cukup, Motivasi Siswa Terhadap Model Permainan Kecil diperoleh sebesar 73,2%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Ngemplak kelas A, B, dan C sebanyak 96 siswa yang sekaligus menjadi subjek penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes yang disebarkan melalui Google form. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat pemahaman sebagai berikut: pada tingkat sangat tinggi sebanyak 33 siswa (34,3%), pada tingkat tinggi sebanyak 57 siswa (59,3%), pada tingkat sedang sebanyak 6 siswa (6,4%), pada tingkat rendah sebanyak 0 siswa (0%), dan pada tingkat sangat rendah sebanyak 0 siswa (0%). <em>agility ladder drill</em> terhadap kelincahan dalam permainan bola tangan Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunkan untuk penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah <em>one group pretest-posttest design</em>. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik sampel <em>purposive sampling</em> dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang atlet putri bola tangan Kota Palembang. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu tes melakukan kelincahan (<em>dodging run</em>) dan tembakan bola ke dalam gawang. Dari hasil pengelolaan dan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas <em>Kolmogorov Smirnov, </em>uji homogen dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 26, terdapat pengaruh latihan <em>agility ladder drill </em>terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pemain. Warming up increases body temperature, muscle flexibility, and nervous system readiness, while cooling down helps gradually lower heart rate and reduce lactic acid buildup. Both play a crucial role in maintaining physical fitness and preventing injury during sports activities. Based on this background, this study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of proper warm-up and cool-down practices in preventing sports injuries in BA Pakuan Karawang athletes. This study used a qualitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 20 female volleyball athletes as a sample. Data were obtained through questionnaires administered before and after the four-week training program. Descriptive analysis was conducted to examine changes in behavior and injury complaints before and after the intervention. The results showed a 19.8% increase in positive athlete behavior and a 42.8% decrease in injury complaints after the implementation of a structured warm-up and cool-down. These findings indicate that both training stages significantly influence injury prevention and increase athletes' physical fitness. These results align with previous research confirming that consistent warm-up and cool-down practices can improve neuromuscular performance and accelerate recovery after exercise. Thus, coaches and sports institutions are advised to make warm-ups and cool-downs a routine part of every training session to minimize the risk of injury and support optimal athlete performance.</p> 2025-11-15T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
