Pengaruh Model Latihan Small Side Games Terhadap Performa Atlet Sepakbola Wanita

Abstract

Filanesia merupakan filosofi yang akan menjadi pondasi dan ciri khas atau karakter permainan sepak bola Indonesia, baik untuk pembinaan usia dini hingga profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model latihan filanesia mempengaruhi performa pada atlet sepak bola wanita. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dengan desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest dengan sampel 22 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). Sampel penelitian diberikan latihan 3 kali per minggu, 90 menit per waktu, dan latihan lanjutan selama empat minggu. Uji analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil Uji T Sampel Berpasangan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan uji Uji T Sampel Mandiri memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,009 < 0,05 dengan perbedaan kenaikan rata-rata yaitu kelompok latihan filanesia = 0,89 dan kelompok kontrol = 0,61. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari model pelatihan filantropi terhadap peningkatan prestasi atlet sepak bola wanita, dan model pelatihan filanesia terbukti merupakan pelatihan praktis bagi atlet sepak bola wanita.
